Projects

My weekend involved sanding wood, painting wood, painting walls, painting ceiling, scrubbing floor, washing floor, wire brushing floor, sealing floor, sewing curtains, running outside, enduring a lengthy powercut, a broken tele and a disappointing shower - all of which at one point led to me having a minor nervous breakdown. I honestly thought it would all be finished by now - which was quite a stupendous over-estimation. But I had a quiet word with myself and now its all OK. The Sister came round and painted the bathroom and Dad came round and quite-frankly did a completely brilliant job of making everything look exactly how I want it to look. The tele doesn't work properly but I don't care - it looks good!!! Its all quite flippin' brilliant. Another 2 months and it might, just might, all be finished - good lord I hope so.
