The Doughnut

The cake of the day is The Doughnut. The cake section of the knitted picnic is looking quite respectable now so I am going to move onto sandwiches. Oh the excitement!!!!! I am allowed to be sad and knitting obsessed all alone today on this rainy Saturday as I have been good and done a 45 minute run/walk this morning and walked the dog on a proper walk and walked back from Sainsburys with my shopping and (most important of all) I am going out tonight for dinner with friends and therefore I am not truly sad, lonely or desperate (I am just extremely good at pretending to be :-)

Apart from all the running and walking I am also really really good because I practised for a whole hour for 2 days on the trot. This is absolutely definitely necessary because my piano playing was so shockingly bad during my lesson this week.

Anyway enough of all the good-ness. I have just donned The Princess Shoes so I can go out on the town tonight and be really really bad - yippeeeeeeeee!!!
