Went running with The Kimberley Striders tonight - had to chat all the way round - totally hideous - but good - 6km, up and down hills, legs burning. Time for a beer to celebrate me thinks
cool, that is good news , talking as you run is such a pain in the butt, but it is great indicator of your fitness. keep it up dude, you are passed the worst bit for sure!
