I have watched the London marathon on tele on a Sunday morning most years of my adult life and declared loudly that "I am definitely gonna do it next year" only to find that in the next few days the urge to run left me cold.
I have run today for 5.5km and it felt great
So - this IS the year. I am fully signed up. God help me. Only have to do 8 times what I did today - easy peasy :-)
Am raising money for CLIC Sargent = a very worthwhile charity - bring it on!!!!!
