Position #6

(Look how clean my knashers are. I was dumped at The-Evil-Vets on Monday for a simple dental extraction and ended up having my chest shaved for a heart scan because stoopid Emma mentioned a nasty cough that I am supposd to be suffering from. People now keep discussing the fact that I "might have a touch of heart failure" and "it might be a good idea to loose some weight." Gutted. At least I have got nice sparkly teeth though.)

Back onto the knitting. I have been inspired by 2 home-visits this week to see 2 lovely ladies who are unwell and also happen to be life-long knitters. I always express an interest when I spot someone sporting a knitted garment. I try not to show more interest in the knitting than the medical complaint and they seem to like to chat about the knitting more than the illness - who wouldn't? I met a lady this week who lives in a rest home is living her 101st year on this planet and is still knitting with size 2.45mm needles. Very Very impressive.

The Princess Dolly is nearly finished. I can't post her in her full glory as I am still finishing the embellishments on the clothes but I couldn't resist jumping onto the fun stuff. I have finished a slipper - how ridiculously cute is this????
