Training - over and out

The Training is officially over tonight..........

in 7 months and 1 day I vaguely remember...........

  • loosing a stone
  • being thrilled by size 10 skinny jeans - hello my old friends
  • spending several dozen hours on "core stability" ........
  • ........and being consequently pleased my Back Cancer has got better
  • having several dozen sleepless nights due to muscle spasms
  • managed quite successfully with an injury
  • shed more than a few tears
  • worried I cant do it 23 hours a day
  • thought I might just be able to do it 1 hour a day
  • become vegetarian
  • joined a running club
  • learnt sometimes its good not to drink too much wine

I have definitely....

.........spent a week at Boot Camp
been to 8 British Military Fit sessions
had 9 sports physio sessions
done 14 fitness classes
spent 5 hours in the pool (including hideous Aqua Jogging!!)
spent over 20 hours on the bike
sweated for at least 24 hours on the Cross Trainer
raised nearly £3000 for Clic Sargent
and...........................I have run 553 kilometers (or 343 miles)

and I have LOVED every minute of it :-))))))

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BRING IT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
