So I went off to Brighton this weekend to see Rach.........it happened to be the Brighton Marathon so we went along to cheer everybody on this morning............it was a mixed bag of emotions for me - I cried alot - which I always have done whilst watching the London - it just presses my buttons...........I learnt its cool to walk.....when people shout your name - try to smile no matter how f**ked you feel.............dont blow snot from your nose at the crowd..........do wear your i-pod......................apply vaseline to your nipps to avoid shock horror staining, DO fake-tan the night before so everybody cant tell how concrete-grey your complexion is when you are near to death...............and dressing up ROCKS no matter how irritating it is for every sorry sad minute of pain.............As I was watching it I wanted to RUN!!!!
