By the time I have finished I will have painted this flippin' ceiling a total of SIX times. Arrrrgh its killing me!

.....am also re-upholstering my arm chair - its gonna look loverly.............

........have had an evil dose of man-flu all week and have not run for 7 whole days now - feels bad! Will get back on it this week although I don't know when - I suddenly have no spare time - not good :-(
