Cupcakes

As my new hobby takes hold I have decided to score them out of 10 based on appearance (the Wow Rating) and taste (the Yum Rating)........................

Malted Cupcakes with Marshmallow Icing.

WR = 6/10 I know they look good but you can do alot with cupcakes - aesthetically speaking these are in the novice category

YR = 5/10 They are slightly too dense and I was rushing with the icing - the texture has suffered - ever so slightly lumpy!
