I have been suspended in a chronic feeling of inadequacy this week which is unpleasant and difficult to shake off. I went to the park this afternoon and played The Biscuit Game with George, Amber and Roo and then one of my neighbours brought round a festive feast for me this evening which has made it all slightly better. Thank goodness for my lovely neighbours who are there when I need them..........................
