I went off to Bala alone this weekend to celebrate Tinys birthday. Ambers legs were not up to the 10 mile hike we did. This is our birthday girl (and highly qualified expedition leader) having a little rest...........
William made the grave error of letting a little lamb stand between his legs for 2 seconds and he was instantly imprinted.
It was so very distressing to leave the cute stoopid little thing baaaa-ing in the woods all alone *sniff sniff*. I had to be cool as we were in the company of farmer-gurls and resist the urge to shove him in my back pack and bring him home. Didn't stop us enjoying a slap-up roast leg of lamb for dinner. I got to meet Brenda (who comes with quite a reputation and as a very old and good friend of Tinys I did feel ever-so-slightly anxious.............but think I did ok - I thought she was really quite funny and sometimes being entertained is more important than keeping everybody happy. I like to see an edge or two in people - it makes me feel normal.....
