Bala

So I went off to Bala last week to spend a few days with Tiny and William. It was glorious. After Tiny was eventually rescued by the most miserable mechanic in the world we settled in for a week of peace and quiet. We climbed up Olga's kitchen (I think), lost the path and nearly threw ourselves off Devil's kitchen (I know - never to be forgotten -eeeck) We cooked a lot of nice food, went for a bike round the lake and did a bit of gardening and ventured out into town for a nice proper meal. But in the main we laid on the grass and drank Pimms whilst doing sudoku and crossword- it was properly lovely as always and it just goes to show that the sun CAN shine in Wales - halehluya!!!
