(Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....................am back on my favourite bed...............mum keeps banging on about the newly painted walls, the beautifully sanded wood, the shiny black fireplace, the stylishly wallpaper-ed cupboard, the smart newly painted shelves, the under-the-bed storage which is organised to perfection, the hand-made crocheted blanket donated by one of her patients and the most divine hand-crafted curtain pole and fittings..........personally I am not sure it was worth all the hideousness but she seems happy...........so I guess that's all that matters. She keeps wandering round the house looking at what else she can do to cause me more distress and anxiety...........somebody stop her!!!!! Having said that - she bought new linen from Laura Ashley for my bed - am gonna soooooooooooo enjoy nesting in it - so expensive...........so utterly lovely zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz)
