OMG!!!!!! Our very lovely and wonderful (and extremely generous) mother took us to Sat Bains for a treat to celebrate nothing in particular apart from how good life is in general. I have never been out to eat and not come home thinking "hmmm I could recreate that". But this food was from a different planet. I couldn't even start to attempt to reproduce a single thing. If I never ever eat anything as nice ever again I will die happy that I tasted something truely exceptional. It was completely and utterly outstanding. I am considering going back to work full time just so that I can go back............erm............once every ten years????? Thank you mother!!!!!!

Restaurant Sat Bains
